This morning my Mother and I went to our favourite doggy beach and scattered the ashes of our beloved family pet, our dear little toy poodle Gina. Gina was 17.5 years old, I’ve loved her for over half my life. 

This morning was sad, our hearts were broken – but the sunrise and view was amazing and as we released her ashes the waves crashed with such amazing force and beauty, that we knew she was safe and being looked after. 

We will miss you Gina, thank you for being the most wonderful loved one we could have ever had. I hope you enjoyed this mornings sunrise as much as we did. It was a sad goodbye to you, but it was a beautiful hello to a new day and for that we must be thankful xx
